(Bio under construction)
Ever since I can remember I have been under Chiropractic care.
As a child, if I came down with the flu or a cold (which very rarely happened because I was receiving regular chiropractic adjustments) I was NOT taken to the Pediatrician, but rather to our family Chiropractor! I have regular Chiropractic care throughout childhood, adolescence and adulthood to thank for keeping me and my family happy & healthy!
I chose to become a Chiropractor to help individuals just as I had been helped through very natural means. I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. Palmer provided me with an expansive education to help those suffering with back pain, headaches, asthma, allergies, headaches and much more! While attending Palmer, I traveled to Bolivia, South America for a Clinic Abroad trip where I experienced a life-changing event. In adjusting an infant that was suffering with torticollis (head/neck being stuck in one position unable to move) and colic, it was only two adjustments and all symptoms had resolved! At that moment in time I knew I wanted to focus my chiropractic efforts in the Pediatric realm. Following the Clinic Abroad trip, I attended an additional year-and-a-half worth of specific studies in pregnancy, infancy, and pediatrics just to name a few. Upon completion of the courses, I attained a Fellowship in Chiropractic Pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Today, in our office I provide care to infants that are only days old to adults older than eighty years old! No matter what age, symptom relief and true health is achieved by removing damage to the all controlling nervous system. I look forward to helping you and your family achieve your true health potential through various natural and safe approaches.
